Adult Ed

Here’s some information about two adult education opportunities at Saint Michael’s:
“Exploring Catholicism” adult classes in the faith in conjunction with the OCIA.  These classes can prepare non-Catholics or the unbaptized to be received into the Catholic Church.  However, the classes are open for anyone to attend, including “cradle Catholics” looking for a refresher course and “newbie” Catholics who still have questions.  Ryan Hall, Father O’Shea-Creal, and I will again work together to present the basics of the faith.  Classes are on Thursday nights this year at 7:00 p.m., beginning September 7, 2023, and continue weekly on Thursday until April.  We meet in the parish’s Family Room.  Click here for the syllabus: Syllabus for Saint Michael 20232024
Epic: A Journey through Church History at Saint Michael Church will meet in Theisen Hall beginning September 7 at 7:00 p.m. and continuing every Thursday. For more information or to register for the study email Michelle Oldham at (michelle@sullivanshoemaker.com) or call the Saint Michael parish offices at 402-463-1023).  More information also can be found here: https://ascensionpress.com/collections/epic-a-journey-through-church-history
